Good story, great acting- def. worth a watch!

Funny film

A good black humour movie, with violent tendencies. I really enjoyed this movie. I find this type of darker humour much funnier than the usual rom-com crap being churned out these days. The only reason I could not give this movie 5 stars is because of the pace of the movie, I just found it a little bit too slow and there were a couple of just silly moments in it. Aside from that I though the movie was great, well casted, with the actors all turning in a decent performance each. I was impressed with Dianna Agron and John D'Leo, as they did not show any intimidation working with stars like Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, or Tommy lee Jones. True these stars are nowhere near the besterdays, but this had to be an invaluable experience for the young stars.Robert De Niro plays Giovanni Manzoni a lifelong gangster turned witness and such placed in the witness protection program. The trouble is his third generation wise guy family has trouble fitting in anywhere. Where ever they go carnage seem to follow and this is usually before the mob hymen show up. In their latest location in Normandy starts out pretty similar to everywhere else, then the (now called) "Blake" family make a conscious effort to fit in De Niro finds an outlet in writing and a project in trying to figure out why his tap water is brown. The rest of the family are also starting to find their place as well. However the mob is always close behind. An all-round good entertaining movie, nothing specular but a lot better and funnier than many of the other "comedies" out there.

Great film, really enjoyed this. Well written and played out.

The swearing is a feature...but a good movie

The film is about Husband and wife and their two teenage children, one son one daughter . De Nero the father is an ex mafia boss who is in police protection after snitching on other bosses who are now living in a secret location in France.The whole family seem to have taken on the same type of thinking as their mafia don father, and as such should not be messed with. This has hilarious outcomes as they try to lead a normal life whilst all the time being hunted down by the mafia families they snitched on
