Q: I purchased a warranty for this product it has quit working how do I make a claim?

I have purchased 4 of these, have sent 2 back to Amazon because they quit working, and ordered two more with the extended warranty. Both of my orange ones have quit working as well. That extended warranty is a joke and useless. You can go through the Geneinno website and see what they will do for you. I personally am having no luck. Its either put more money out and try new chargers, maybe have to send them somewhere to be checked out, or loose almost $1000. Amazon done got so big they don't want to do anything for their customers anymore!!! But they let all these people sell their merchandise and they to screw over the customer. I have taken photos, sent them videos and they still aren't wanting to do anything for me after paying out all the $$$ they cost. I hope you have better luck than I.

There is no auxillary power pack

Q: How deep can you dive with this

I'm not sure because we don't scuba dive. We use it in our pool that goes to 12 ft deep. It should tell you in the description, the information about the item.
