The media could not be loaded.  This was my second time growing lotus from seed. The seeds from this company were pre-opened and so much easier to start. They all sprouted and are growing quickly. Tomorrow I am moving them to the pond. Can’t wait to see the blossoms. Will try to update my review later with more information but so far I am very happy with these!UpdateAt only two weeks from getting the seeds in the mail I have tiny lily pads. No flowers yet but after only two weeks I am really happy. They seem to be healthy and easy to grow. I am a novice at this so it can’t be that complicated if I can do it. I tried once before and I will say it is worth buying seeds that have already been opened on the end. MUCH faster to grow. I’m very happy with this product!UpdateApril 18, received these less than a month ago and every time I come out here there’s more lily pads. I have way more lily pads than there were seeds so they must have multiple sprouts from each. Nobody paid me to write this review. I’m just really happy with these.

I've had these about a week and am stunned that all 11 sprouted. I figured the gamble was worth it for the low price. I'm not sure what to do next as there was not much direction on the packaging. Google gave me a few ideas. Will update in a week or so, but so far I am very happy.UPDATE: Once I separated them and moved them outside they did not grow and further. I gave them plenty of water and nutrients and they have all died before they even made it into the pond. I'm pretty disappointed given how well it started out.

I started these indoors. Almost every seed sprouted and grew without issues. I don’t yet have flowers, but I will update once they bloom.

4 seeds sprouted with a healthy stem that I've transplanted. 4 "semi sprouted" - they cracked open and the green stem poked it's head out, but they've been at the same stage for 2-3 weeks - with the stem only about a 1/4" out of the seed and not growing. 2 never sprouted.I have not transplanted to the pond yet because they only have one small leaf on them as yet.

Extremely easy to grow.I needed some plants for my new koi pond. Lillies are up to $20 per plant. I purchased two packs of seeds. They sent 24 seeds instead of 20. I put them in a large mixing bowl and filled it with phone water. Changed water every day. It’s now been five days and all seeds have sprouted with long stems. Replanted them in pond baskets in the pond with a little gravel over the seeds. Soon I will be able to plant these individually exactly where I want them in the pond.My first, but not last time, I grow Lillie’s from seed. Great product.

Received quickly - ALL Lotus - NO Water Lilies, waiting for sprouts to see if Live, then I could rate Value.Can't rate rest until sprouted, scent will take a year or two for bloom.

Seven out of ten seeds sprouted. When directions were followed to the letter (aquatic soil, warm, water, etc.)all sprouts promptly wilted and appeared to be dead. I figure that lotus' grow in warm mud in their natural habitat. So, I have kept them in the soil covered with a few inches of water. It's very warm here. We'll see, but I won't hold my breath. Not a huge investment, just irritating.
