Fresher feel after brushing. It tastes like mint leaf. With regards to gum health, will know in two weeks time. I leave on for better absorption.

best toothpaste ever.
i'm a senior and i noticed a few years ago that my gums were receding, so i bought the regular parodontax, but it still needed to use my commercial whitener toothpaste.now i have the whitening parodontax toothpaste ... my gums are better and the whitening in this version is better than any of the other commercial whitening toothpastes.highly recommend this for seniors!! (or everyone else).
