Vietnamese Home Cooking Hardcover – Import, 22 August 2013

Returned from a trip to Vietnam recently and wanted to replicate some of the dishes. Book covers most of the favourites. Now working on making the perfect Banh Mi baguette.

This awesome Authentic Vietnamese cooking book is used often in my house. Easy to read, clear recipes and also very educational in ingredients and utensils used. As a Vietnamese person this cookbook actually has a good variety of recipes and photos to go along with reading. Recommend this book to anyone would is adventurous to try south east Asian cooking and hearty home style Vietnamese cooking

Good book. But hard to follow if you haven't cooked Vietnamese cooking before.
