It's got stretch to it! Love the color. I'm broader in the hips so it's a bit bigger on top to fit the bottom. Highly recommend!

Better than expected
I'm only 4' 10" tall, 140 pounds and I like to cover my hips. At that height most tunics hang like a dress so when this was exactly the right length I was so pleased. The shoulders are raglan which I wasn't expecting but it is a plus and it fits great. The fabric is light and comfortable.
