This turned out to be exactly as it says it was. I do have some question as to how accurate their tension ratings go but it was good enough.

great product at a bargain price, everything you need is included

I'm torn about reviewing these bands. I bought one set sometime ago and they were really great! I would give them five stars! I use them almost every day and they finally were showing where and tear. So I ordered a second set, and when I received them they were nothing like the first set.Before I could take action the company actually reached out to me and asked if there were a problem with the bands citing a 'batch quality issue." I very nicely related to them that in fact the new ones and my second set were nothing like the first set. The handles were flimsy and the bands already appeared worn. They offered me $5! I went back to them and asked why they reached out since they seem to think there was an issue and why they wouldn't replace them. But I didn't hear from the company again.I have to note here that the exchange with the company was very polite and they seem to be very nice. I'm reluctant to give it only three stars but since they would not take care of my issue I decided to write the review and explain.

Real durable and long lasting

This was my first experience with resistance bands. I ordered them on a whim to give me a little different variation in my workout. I personally feel they are hard to use--especially if you have to add several bands to get more resistance. I have no experience with resistance bands so my expectations were probably a bit skewed. I had no luck attaching to the top of a door frame because my interior doors were not solid enough for that. I ended up attaching them to the wall in my building which made it more stable. I think the biggest issue I have is I am so accustomed to free weights that the resistance bands were such a variation. Even though this product did not work for me personally--which is not a ding on the quality of the product--it may work better for someone who is accustomed to resistance bands. The bands themselves seem very sturdy and there are a variety of resistance levels and workout options. For the price it could be an excellent option for a person looking for a variable resistance workout.

I got these bands because I needed to be able to continue exercises from physical therapy at home since PT will end soon for me.I wound up liking these better than the ones at my physical therapists' office! They feel more durable, have more restriction (this is a good thing), and are easy to set up and put away! I just leave them out and on the door at this point because I use them every day!I'm slowly but surely doing more and more workouts from the workout booklet sent with them, and I'm 100% confident I'll be back in shape in no time. Such a great buy!

Handles ripped but seller gave full refund

For the most part these bands were good, however some of the bands were not labeled with the resistance on it and some were labeled with the incorrect resistance. Not a big deal as you can pull on them to see which one you needed .Also changing out the clips for the different accessories was a little much.

Excellent piece of durable easy to use kit.
