As Advertised - Works Great
Easy to use. Works well and provides a clear, easily retrievable video, and is compatible with Hikvision. Has h265 as advertised. Used with a decent system and good quality cameras, it provides reliable recording and enhanced security. Now we can nip those mailbox robberies in the bud.

Works as regular Hikvision NVR without logo
Works as regular Hikvision NVR and setup was simple. Using IP cameras from several manufacturers all with ONVIF, @ 720p and it records beautifully. IVMS app for mobile view is a plus.

Not the real deal!
This company, according to HIKvision itself, is not an authorized distributor of their products. The NVR in particular is not even recognized by HIKvision as one of their products. They will not help you with technical problems. The description does not come out and say this clearly, leaving the impression that this is an actual HIKvision product. Mine stopped working entirely after about 6 weeks. It stopped recognizing the cameras and could not be fixed. There is only one authorized distributor of HIKvision products to end users. And this company is not it. Call HIKvision directly for that company's contact info.
