Well it did work
I had a medium sized skin tag on my lower butt cheek of all places... I started on August 8th and skin tag was gone today 8/27. I didn't give this 5 stars because I had some setbacks. Three of the band broke just putting them on the device. A few times the bands came off probably because of where the tag was located. ( I did need a 2nd person to help get this on because of the location). If this included 20 bands I'd have given this 5 stars because it did work and there was really no discomfort. I ended up having to buy the extra bands.

It worked!!!
I'm so glad this worked, especially since almost all of the articles out there say not to do DIY skin tag removals! That made me nervous and skeptical, so I did a LOT of research and read TONS of reviews. I concluded that this was the safest DIY method to try.The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the first band didn't go on correctly despite me following directions. I still think it's worth using as long as you inspect the band carefully after application to make sure it is on properly all the way around the tag. If you have to, use a handmirror or ask someone else to check! My other advice is to consider covering the banded tag with a bandaid if it's in a high-friction area. I had very little pain or discomfort overall, but the tag did become more sensitive to friction. Covering it with a bandaid fixed this before it could become a problem.Other than that, I want to comment on the ease of application. I used the applicator twice, and it was easy to load and easy to use one-handed. I think it was worth spending a little more for this specific type of applicator.Below is my experience:Day 1: Application was easy and did not hurt, but very mild discomfort began a couple hours later. Maybe it's my paranoia, but I don't think the band is as flush against the skin as it should be.Day 2: The skin tag already looks a little darker than usual today. The day started with almost no discomfort. In the late afternoon, I decided to inspect my skin tag more closely and discovered that the band was on askew on the side I couldn't see without a mirror - basically, part of the skin tag did not get caught up in the band. I used the kit again to add a second band, which hurt a little bit this time. This one was definitely flush against my skin all the way around, so I removed the first band by pinching one side of it with my fingernails and pulling it off (the instructions recommend using tweezers if you need to do this). Now that one is on properly, there's a slight pain - I actually suspect this new band is tighter than the first one was. In the early evening, discomfort increased a bit so I put a bandaid on the tag to reduce friction - this was an immediate improvement.Day 3: Almost no discomfort now. When I changed the bandaid, the tag looked very dark.Day 4: Zero discomfort today, and the tag was pretty much black when I changed the bandaid.Day 5: In addition to being black, the skin tag is now harder to the touch than it was.Day 6: The tag is pretty hard now, but there are no signs of it coming loose from the skin yet.Day 7: I think the tag is slightly loose on one side! I tugged a bit, experimentally, but I'm not going to force it.Day 8: Did not remove the bandaid.Day 9: IT WORKED!!! After removing the bandaid, I suspected the tag was loosening around the edges and pulled it VERY GENTLY... and it just came right off!!! What is left looks a little bit like a small sore, except not red. It looks like the entire tag came off, flush against the skin. I cleaned it with an alcohol swab, treated it with neosporin, and put a fresh bandaid on. I'll keep up the neosporin daily until it heals. So, it worked for me! It took more than a week, but the results are fabulous and the price is right. This is how I will deal with any future skin tags!

Definitely works
Removed a.large skin tag with this. The band didn't fit easily, but used a second band the day after applying and it removed it almost completely. There's a small bump that isn't even noticable. The only problem is it took approximately 2 weeks to fall off. But I'm very satisfied with the results

Excellent!!!
Tag removal successful!! I grew a massive tag I hated during pregnancy four years ago. I always wanted it gone and one night as I was complaining about it, the commercial came on at the same time. Ordered immediately and within a week it was gone, within two weeks slight redness from where it was gone like it never existed. No pain, easy to use. One of the best purchases ever!! I will always have this on hand now. Thank you!!

Helpful tip I wish I had known.
I am giving only 4 stars because without using a buffer material as described below it is not quite the painless process advertised, but never the less I would definitely recommend these with a simple adaptation as I will describe, but now on to the review.Ok so I used these on 2 skin tags one at a time to see if they were a working solution and I accidentally discovered something that helps quite a bit, the first thing I will mention is the 2 tags were roughly 6 in apart in an area of the back of my thigh that does rub frequently, the first tag I tried this on although it did fall of it took about 2 weeks to do so, and the second week it would feel like someone was poking it with a needle every time I moved. After that one fell off even though I was not impressed with the claim of pain free that they advertise, it did remove it so I decided to try the other one, but this time to minimize the rubbing I covered it with a bandaid hydro seal bandage as they are the only ones I found that stay put, even with rubbing, flexing sweat and water, and found that not only did it prevent the stinging/pinching sensation, but the second one was completely removed by the 3rd day!!!I can only assume that potentially the movement may have flexed the band enough to alow a miniscule amount of blood flow with the first one and slowed the process, however I would definitely vouch for the product, but advise placing a bandaid, medical tape sports wrap or some other form of stabilizer material over the tag with the band in place if it is in a area that flexes bends or rubs (preferably sterile as we are dealing with the human body and don't want infection). But at a cost of less than $30 including the cost of the bandage, I was able to remove 2 skin tags and have bands remaining if I get any more, but compared to the local office charging $150+ per skin tag, I definitely got my money's worth!!As a side note, I did have 1 band break loading it onto the device, but with that one I had tried to push it down the loading tip, but then attempted to roll the next one down and had no further problems at all, it is possible that some of the negative reviews were related to defective sets, or it may simply be the way they are loading them, you definitely don't want to push it down the tip with your nails as depending on the sharpness of you nails you may weaken or cut the band.

Works quickly and pain free
It works. All you need to know. Had a skin tag after pregnancy. Used it on Saturday and Thursday morning it fell off in the shower. Easy to use, don’t hesitate. Also much cheaper and faster than a derm visit!

It does work
Was a little skeptical about this working. Had a skin tag on my neck, a large one. Really bothered me. Bought this and followed directions. 2 weeks later the skin tag fell off without me even knowing it. This product works. My tag turned black and was reduced in size over time. Buy it.

With patience this works
I've had to buy both sizes of tag applicator for my skin tags but both work well if you select the correct size appropriate to the tag you need to get rid of. It isn't a quick fix. The process of putting the band onto the tag is simple and painless. You then have to wait (atleast 2 weeks in some cases). To begin with, there is no pain and you forget they are there. In time, the tag will go darker until it is black and hard. Once it starts to darken, you start to get a little bit of discomfort however a plaster does help you tokeep it stable & untouched. In the last couple of days, it does become more painful before dropping off. You are left with a red sore for a few days which needs to heal but it doesnt hurt at all at this stage. The photo's show the difference to one side of my neck in a month by tagging 3 at a time. I started with the larger ones (which get even bigger before they die off) and am now working on the smaller ons. My neck feels so much smoother already and no snagging on the seat belt. If you are willing to wait, then I recommend this product.

Works with Patience & Care
This works but it will take the better part of two weeks minimum. Used on 4 obviously big tags. Auto tag applicator makes this easy as long as tags are in easy location - otherwise you'll need someone to help apply (or you can try contortion). Here's what they don't tell you but should: I recommend not only using the alcohol swap on the skin, but wipe over the applicator that will come into contact with the tag ring too. Use the applicator adaptor once attached to 'spear' a tag ring. You can't be *too* hygienic. Being clean that day helps too! Also cover with waterproof plasters. This will cut down on rubbing & discomfort. Change for fresh plasters after 5 days max. You'll likely need paracetamol & ibuprofen too to manage soreness: you're killing off tissue after all.The tags will shrivel and essentially form a scab. Then it's a waiting game. One fell off without me noticing, the others needed a little assistance but not too much.As long as you're careful and sensible, better than going to doctors and paying per tag removed - especially in this Covid era!

Amazing
Amazing results. Given that you now have to pay for removal as skin tags aren't generally covered by the NHS we saved upwards of £600 by removing 6 skin tags from my partners stomach and inner thighs which rubbed and got sore. He described it as achy but not painful as is delighted that they are gone completely. No scars and gone in 7-10 days. Easy to apply but for best results make sure you use the correct size bands. I am a fairly cynical person and wasn't expecting it to work but I am happy to admit that I was wrong which probably is the most painful bit of the whole thing!

Not so good.
After reading the reviews I had really high hopes for this device. I have a 6mm skig tag on the side of my stomach so I ordered the large band device. 10 minutes after paying the band popped off, applied another and that came off immediately. I saw a YouTube video where they say this can happen and they advised using 2 bands together. Gave that a try and they came off as well. Figured maybe the high heat from the hot weather was affecting the bands so I placed the container of bands in the fridge for 10 minutes. That didn't work either. After close examination I noticed the plunger on the device wasn't pushing the bands all the way forward. I pushed the bands closer to the edge by hand and still it doesn't apply the bands effectively. Only 10 bands in container and I have wasted 6 of them. Gave up in the end. Waste of money, waste of time.

Great little product
Read many of the reviews, both good and bad along with the correct use and size advise - thank you. Spent the extra few pounds to get the auto one, and after thorough research I know how to load and use. The big reveal will be actually using it on my haemorrhoid which would be the real test. Package arrived in pristine condition, a day early. Will definitely be getting the same product again, especially since you can't buy replacement bands for the dispenser. DianePlease note: As recommended by previous reviews, do make sure you have Anusol antiseptic cream and plasters to hand.
