Cowin Solar Fan - 16'' Blade LED Light Fan, 15W Solar Panel, USB Port, Outlet Converter

Just got my fan. Wanted this for sometime. Now free shipping. Great. I put it together in no time. Work very well out of the box. Low medium and high speed. Plenty of air. Also a light. This what I needed for emergency situations and solar a plus.Bought a 220 volt to 110 volt adapter for about 5 dollar. Plug into my home out let. Works great. Very happy with my purchaseUpdate, I use this fan every day so far so good.working great. Still happy with this fan. Bought in March this year.Noted that the battery power on high speed lasted only couple of hours during power failure. So I connected a Deep cell 12 volt AGM battery to it at the connector on the back of the fan housing. We just had a power failure at night lasted over 12 hours and in to the next day. I ran this fan on high speed during that time worked great. So happy with this purchase. There is a solution to any concern you just need to figure it out.Update August 2020: Wow still going strong.Thinking about getting one more.I use this fan every night all nightThree years I believe still like new.No problems.I run it on the 120 volts all the time.When the power goes out I know itright away, I get my AGM battery 95ahconnect it and I'm good again.Haven't had to use solar but it's good tohave just in case of a longer power 🔋 outage.So after all this time I've used this fan almost every day all night long. Fan just started to make noise, so I rotated the fan motor 180 degrees reassemble it. Noise gone working like new. This was a very good investment. Still working

This thing ha is ridiculous! It took forever to put together, it is lightweight but literally you have to carry from the bottom and the top because the top just sits on there. It’s not super sturdy and the value of the money is a joke! I would NEVER again pay for something like this. Oh and it’s non returnable so now I’m stuck with this POS. Very upsetting.

Fan works ok and I got this because of solar charging and runs off of battery which is good in case of power failure. I have the solar panel outside window and seems to work and charge batteries ok. Puts out strong air and circulates good and also led is bright and this fan with led good for emergency but I use it all the time in Tucson. Expensive though.

Biggest rip off ever! It isn’t a soild fan, wobbles and makes annoying squeaking noises while running. First few times i charged it, it ran for a good 5 hours on high, but now I’m lucky to get 3. Does not charge with the solar panel. I have to charge via electrical outlet. I did not get a remote either. Biggest waste of $250+ dollars. If I can return it, I will. Don’t waste your money!

Quality a bit low on the material side. Battery does not fully charge and at night doesn't work. Still seems to work well as the idea is great to save electricity.One of the screws provided was too big to tighten the leg but I managed to find one from my garage.Also product said comes with remote but never saw it. I had asked the seller but no responseUpdate: They contacted me saying they never got my original message. They worked it out with me. I do like the product though.

The fan I received is different than pictured in the store or even what’s in the box. And the instructions are poorly translated and don’t always exactly match the parts supplied. Let me explainAll the functions of the fan as described are there. There was an extra identical ac adapter in the box. The battery is already installed in the base, but The box shows it separate, the battery is not in the parts list, the instructions say to put it in the base, but mine came already installed.Some of the parts look different than the instructions but you can figure it out. The translation into English is the worst I have ever seen in a product, so go SLOWLY, look at the pictures often, and test fit everything to make sure you have figured it out properly.The solar panel seems very sturdy and well made, which is good, cause I intend to leave it outside all summer. Hopefully it will hold up under all weather.The fan speeds are great, it moves a bunch of air. I don’t know yet how long it will run on a charge, but we’ll see.Overall not horrible, but for what you get, it seems overpriced.

Pretty easy to assemble. I did not receive a remote with this unit. Works for many hours using the solar panel and charging the batteries up all night.

I was unable to use the product. The box it came in was smashed and the base was damaged. The directions were almost gibberish. The only thing positive I can say is that Amazon reimbursed me for the thing quickly.
