The remote never worked for this unit in my toy hauler. Didn't install it until return window passed. Well after 4 years installed, the face plate is sticky. Kinda gross. Oh well. Still works somewhat.

Direct replacement for an older Concertone unit that had bitten the dust in my Forest River Class C...

So I bought this unit a couple of years ago and now i am looking for a new unit. i bought this to set up my surround sound for DVD's, this feature has never worked correctly. the music for CD, and downloads from phone has a really good sound and i can get all speakers to work. when i go to DVD I cannot get all speakers in main room of Travel trailer to work and cannot hear voices unless i have bedroom speakers on. Very frustrating. I should have gone with a Jensen and just watched in sterio. There is zero for customer support and no response. pass this company by.

it filled in and replaced what I had there, but I will never buy anything that is from CONCERTONE. I think for the price, you should always get an adapter. And then to find out that the adapter harness is not available and I have to hard connect to my system is not acceptable. If you sell an item that requires an adapter so that there is a "CLEAN" connection, don't stop making that item. I needed to put something that matches my original system (which actually had to be replaced twice) in my present RV,but it will be a sale consideration in future RV's.

This product worked really well in our camper. The only bad part is the Bluetooth distance is pretty poor. If we stand outside the camper and walk a few feet away, the Bluetooth connection gets spotty.

Epic piece of garbage. IR stooped working for the remote. Bluetooth buggy. SD card reader buggt. DVD player buggy and slow to start. Slow to change modes and often takes multiple button presses. Changimg volume often results in sound being muted. The people who designed this thing must br braindead.Edit: wanted to add unit turns on on its own with bright blue light to ruin your sleep. Dvd is now stuck in unit and wont eject. FM tuner is very poor. Mode button barely works. Not one redeeming quality to this junk. Forest River sure cheaped out, putting this trash in the junk RVs they sell(a whole other story). Genesis Technologies executives should be in prison.
