Skims over the body
I just received this dress, and I immediately tried it on. I ordered an XL, and it fit perfectly! It skimmed over my body, was not clingy anywhere, and there was even room to spare. I am 5’2” and weigh 165-170 lbs. Since having reconstructive surgery after my mastectomy, I am no longer top-heavy; however I believe there is ample room in this dress to accommodate all women, even those who have a larger chest. The v-neck is flattering but not overly revealing. It seems to be just about right. The length hits me above the knee but is not as short as pictured on the model. However, I am only 5’2.” I’m estimating if you are 5’6” or taller, the length would be more like what is shown. The length is short enough for me, but i think it would be relatively easy to make the dress shorter if you wanted to adjust it. There is a gathered ruffle at the bottom of the dress which you would first need to remove. However, once the ruffle is removed, you could then easily shorten the dress and reattach the ruffle. You could also do this if you wanted to wear the dress as a top. I do think it would be too long to wear as a top as is unless you are very tall. Of course, that would be a matter of preference. I can’t comment on how well this will wash, but I’m not anticipating any problems. Overall, I’m very happy with the way this dress looks, fits and feels. It’s very comfortable.

Ruffles were in the absolute wrong place rendering the dress grossly unflattering
The ruffles were on top of bust line, it was so weird! Every other part of the dress fit correctly including the neckline but the ruffles were on the top of my bust line, making it incredibly unflattering.It was also a thin, cheap material but I wouldn’t have minded it.

I love this dress! It’s so silky and soft. I only gave it 4 stars because I am rather heavy chested and the frills sat awkwardly on my chest. Other than that I loved it

Perfect dress for any event, no pockets though🫤
I’ve ordered several of these for myself and other family members. I am 5’10”, 122lbs and the dress hits about 3” above the top of my knees. I am 60 and I have gotten several compliments😊 The dress fits loose and swingy and is so comfortable you’ll want to wear it all day!

Not a cute style if you have a chest
The dress fit well and the quality was fine. The ruffle right on the chest just wasn't flattering on me. I have a large chest, so it just made me look bigger. It looks much cuter on the model.
