Q: What kind of crimping tool do you need for this?

What i did, i broke the tabs (that hold it together) off of the old one (the back piece) and then used 2 different boards and sandwhiched them put some padding in between theplastic and the wood then I just used a c clamp to tighten them until all the wires clipped in. Then installed the new back piece. Theres a youtube video on it. If you search long enough you will find it. I did. Its better then buying some special tool. I only had to redo 1 though.
