I had high hopes for this brand of NAC but after 1 month of usage I could tell they were not producing the same benefits as my last brand.....I use NAC for endometriosis and have had great success so thought I'd try this brand to see if the added B would help them work even more effectively....but sadly not. I'm afraid I will not buy again and will go back to my original brand.

My current programme has me taking NAC at night, and this mix with B6 is proving to be an aid to sleep. No crushed capsules and they seem evenly filled.

For a short while these helped reduce the instances of sniffles and runny nose, but unfortunately it stopped after a few weeks, and now it's like I'm not even taking them.

Clearly a lot of research has gone into producing these B6 tablets as the well written and informative product information would indicate. The company was founded by research scientists who have left no stone unturned in trying to produce a quality product.I have taken them for a few weeks before reviewing, I have Fibromyalgia and had been advised to try them, but having tried inferior products in the past I was skeptical. Having been impressed by the product information however I decided to give them a try.You receive a huge box with 90 capsules in it, they are suitable for vegans, are gluten free, and not been tested on animals. They also contain no sugar, salt or gelatin. They are easy to take which was a relief as I can have issues swallowing tablets and there is no nasty after taste. The dossage is stronger than any B6 supplements I have taken previously too.One of my main issues is sleep problems, which can result in brain fog, you are given advice about how many you should take and at what time of day depending on your needs (please also see this in the product description for a more informed choice) which is a great help.I can't say I can now do 10 laps around the garden or cartwheels around the house but I have noticed I feel slightly more alert some mornings, this could be because it is getting lighter, always a help, but I am certainly going to stick with this supplement. You get a 3 month supply so I am very interested to see the impact as the weeks progress. I have had no ill effects and given the amount of capsules you get I would recommend trying this supplement, if it works for you then it's a result, if it doesn't then you have at least given yourself 3 months to decide whether to continue with them or not.

I had a persistant cough after a bout of 'flu. I'd heard from a friend that NAC helped clear up the tail end of their cough so i thought i would give these a try.Of course i can't say it was definitely these capsules but my cough did dry up and has now gone i'm pleased to say.Packaging is convenient and fits through a letterbox. Tamper evident seals of course. The product is made in uk which is nice.700mg of nac per capsule. I've only ever got hold of 500mg before so that extra dose is nice.A really good product at a fair price given the dose.

I've only been taking this for a week. I haven't noticed much difference yet, but thankfully I've had no side effects. I've definitely been low on Vitamin B6 so I will stick with this. The packaging is good and the capsules are easy to swallow.

These represent decent value for money as they should last for around three months when you take the recommended dose. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. They contain a larger amount of ingredient than many on the market and the slimline packing means it does not take up too much room in the bathroom cabinet.

These are capsules, so easy to swallow and they are tasteless and odourless as far as I can tell. These are stronger than the ones I've been taking before, these are 700mg whereas my others have always been 600mg. Without blood tests, I don't think I'll know if it makes a difference. I had my bloodwork done just before starting these but I only get it done once a year, so I suppose I'd have to stay on these for the full year in order to know if they are better for me. You are supposed to take them on an empty stomach, so I usually take mine with my Omeprazole when I first get up in the morning as they need to be taken at least half an hour before I eat; I usually take them with my pre-workout drink, go and workout and then have breakfast.NAC is one of the 7 supplements I take daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with Paracetamol and Lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to Omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from Amazon at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.
