A nice novel overall
Initially I was hesitant to purchase and spend time reading this book written by two newbie authors. However after reading first chapter I was totally engaged and interested in the lively characters of Gypsy and Radha. Which starts as a fun filled journey progresses as a dark and foreboding passage in their lives and yet remains thoroughly interesting. It reminded me of a movie called "Pati, Patni and Woh (Husband, Wife and the Other) and how the Woh (other) creates havoc in their lives. This is a stark reality in our lives that marketing and technology is occupying more and more importance in our lives and we are changing in the way we love as a human. This serious topic couldn't have been handled better by lacing it with sarcasm and humor. Great first attempt by the authors. I am waiting for their next novel already.

The world is definitely becoming a scary place to live in!
I loved the issue on which the book is written. The issue is totally relevant to our times - about the intrusion of privacy through social media (web) and how we are controlled like puppets thereafter. The first half of the book was a little slow but the second half on how all your actions in the 2040s are being influenced by the web was just awesome. It's actually scary to think that people from our/future generation(s) could end up being like Gypsy and Rhea.

Intelligent, witty and alluring!!!
World wide trap starts on a very light, funny and creative note of a world that would be in the 2050's. You can still relate to a lot of the content in the book despite it being setup in the future. The psychological aspects of the book have been very well researched by the authors. The profound theories mentioned in the book reminded me a bit of Paulo Coelho. Overall, it is an interesting and intriguing book presented so delightfully.

We are making world a scary place
World wide trap showed me another perspective of our social addictions. What the world would be if we continue to live like this. What shape the life would take one cant even realize. The characters are very well descripted. It seems as if the characters Rhea and Gypsy are someone from where we belong.. Description of life in last few chapters was great.. Shows the trap we are getting into
