Q: Can i sanitize my f&p cpap mask and hose components. daily cleaning is requesting some time i cannot afford.

Yes, I sanitize masks, books, ipad etc in this instrument. The room is quite spacious and I have as a microbiologist taken surface smears to see if it really works and it DOES! Highly recommend this instrument for multiple purposes. It also has several different settings.

Q: Can this be used to sterilize N95 face masks?

UV light CAN break down the material used to create SOME n95 masks. Check the mask manufacturer box. If it says do not store in sunlight, then I would NOT recommend using this to clean them. I know the n95 masks by 3M I use warn against it.

Q: Can it be used to sanitize fruit or vegetables? And how to clean the interior of the unit itself?

Do a search for "uv disinfection of vegetables" and you'll see that this is a complicated question. The food processing industry uses UV-C at this wavelength (253.7 nm) as part of a more elaborate controlled process involving water washing and ozone, so it's not clear to me how effective it is when used by consumers in a device like this. Bacteria can hide in tiny cavities on the surface, etc, for example. So it probably works to some extent but not 100% and not a substitute for washing if I had to guess. As for cleaning, the manual says don't use alcohol or solvents, just "use a dry cloth" to wipe the unit out.
