Handy pair of lights with stands, purchased for photographing miniature models for which they are pretty good although not as bright as I had hoped. If doing portraits they might be useful as fill-in lighting.

There's a lot to like with this kit. I bought these lights to illuminate my face for my work webcam. I absolutely love them.LIGHTS: You get 2 USB-powered LED lights. There are 3 white light options to pair with 10 power levels. Also, I can add colors for fun: red, green, blue, purple, yellow, orange and pink. Additionally there is an auto button that you can activate so that it filters through all the colors - click once for high speed and again for slow speed.ACCESSORIES: This kit comes with 2 50" adjustable tripods, 2 USB chargers (to plug into an AC outlet), 2 cold shoe adapters, and 2 mini desktop tripods. These accessories offer you the ability to mount these lights to either of the tripods or your camera's shoe accessory slot. Also, as the lights don't require a lot of power, you can run them of portable battery packs. The mounts on the big tripods are nice as they have a wheel to lock in the light at any angle.Overall, it's been a great product. I use it daily and it works great. Brightens selected areas as needed to create the mood you want for pictures and video.

I use these at my workplace as a Media teacher and they are great. The dimmable switch is a game changer and the easy use of filters and colors without having to remove anything is just brilliant. They are small lights but really pack a punch of light. The stands are sturdy and fold down to around 40cm. I also bought 2 USB plugs as they run off USB 5v, directly from a laptop for example. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing easy stage lights for video filming or photography purposes.
