OK, here is what I have found. For me, it has not done much on the weight side other than to stabilize weight. However, for some reason, it has improved my knee function and reduced arthritic pain in the knee. Weird - no explanation as I am not on any other medication. So it is worth it for me to continue. As for my wife who is a Type 1 diabetic, the experience has given her more daily energy and stamina.
