Got unit quickly, works great. It is the second unit I have bought, it is very efficient and quiet. Also like the 2 year warranty !

Very disappointed. We checked before buying & the seller said all parts were included. My husband opened the box & began to install & found there was no inside panel & no screws to attach to the roof. For almost six hundred dollars, I certainly expected more.

Amp draw is excessive on start up - generator drops load when starting and shuts AC down !

The unit was packaged well, very good condition on arrival. Installed easily with minimal tools needed. Worked great and cooled entire camper without needing to use other A/C unit.

Ordered this unit It came Beat to Crap! Dents every where. Fan didn't work Missing screws Even tripped breakers when hooking it up. To see if it worked. FYI. When ordering big items best to go to Big box stores to check items out first! For any damage seeing that UPS, Fedex, Or USPS. Will not wait for you to open up boxes to look at!

My only issue is that if you are installing as a replacement as a different brand..make sure you buy the convert plug to the existing inside ceiling vent you have...Or make sure you replace the inside ceiling vent also to the model you are replacing it to.

I purchased the model ACM150 Advent A/C in march and it failed in April. The RV was never moved. I contacted Advent tech support and went round and round for 3 days. I work in Electrical/ Electronics in a manufacturing plant. The compressor is drawing excessive current. Tech support refused to work with getting me another unit. I went back to distributor and they are getting me another unit. This A/C has a LG compressor model GKS134CMB. I do not recommend this product.

Received the air conditioner quickly, unit is quiet and cools off quick !
