Poor packaging process
Set of two very nice coffee cups w/ gold color lettering wrapped tightly in a small box loose inside a larger box, able to bounce around inside the larger box during shipping. One cup came with handle broken off. Awaiting response.............

Beware: False Advertising
The Grandpa and Grandma words are printed only on one side of the mugs. But, when you scroll through the images of the mugs, it says the image appears on both sides. The printing on one side looks good but don't falsely advertise that the words are on both when they are not!

The grandma mug was broken I yo several pieces and I can’t give them fit Christmas like I wanted.

It came with no damage to the box but the mug was broken. Poor quality control. And we had to make a trip to the UPS store to return the broken product. Waste of time.

Great Announcement Gift
These mugs are beautiful and came just as pictured. I was very impressed with the quality, and they seem to be holding up really well. We gave them as a baby announcement gift, and the effect was just as I hoped. They're really beautiful pieces.
