After just having cataract surgery, I was not allowed to get my eyes wet. I have to say this product was terrific. It stayed on my forehead and my eyes did not get wet while showering and washing my hair, Make sure your forehead is clean and dry before you affix the product.. the product stayed in place !!!

Purchased following cataract surgery, these have been helpful. If you follow the instructions - clean forehead well, they have stuck for me when hair washing. You do have to be careful on the sides when scrubbing your scalp there, but I found tape unnecessary. It is nice the shields are clear and you can see what you need to reach. If you do not think you can keep your eyes closed when under the water, by all means try these. The price is right!

I bought this shield because of my eye surgery, and this plastic do not hold to your face is falling off ,when you wash you head,You need to hold on with hand ,They should attach some kind of rubber band to it so you can attach to you head otherwise is useless

It works but the adhesive strip is not strong enough to adhere the shield to your forehead. You will need to use waterproof medical tape from any drugstore, to secure it and make the seam waterproof.

I had cataract surgery so I purchased these. I wasn’t able to get my face wet for a few days and needed something to cover my face while showering. These were just perfect! I felt comfortable showering with them and wasn’t worried about getting water in my eyes.
