All other facilities are good only blood pressure is not showing properly other are good quality

My concern is that I couldn't find an option to set the time and date till now ! But other features are all there , practical watch

Battery draining too fast
All well except the battery which is draining too fast, and it stopped working yesterday after 8 months. Watch was self heating and continuously vibrating, then turned off which is not functioning now.
