The media could not be loaded. My old safe was too small, so I bought this big one.It finally lets me put everything in. It has 3 layers, so I can put things away in a certain way, instead of piling them up in a mess.The combination buttons are very responsive, so there's no chance of them not responding.It also has a backup battery box, which lets me temporarily open the safe when the batteries are exhausted.Even if I didn't secure it, it would be hard to move because it's really heavy.

the first thing that caught my attention was the design of the product from inside out, build lightweight and sturdy, came with 3- easy ways to unlock. versatile concealment for anywhere in your home. love the added feature for muted access and controls adds a stealthy defense advantage, but 1 minor detail that needs to be addressed when talking about this product which is the poorly placed built in led light casting on mostly the right side of the safe, which most of the time has me either turning on the closet light or using my phones flashlight to navigate my way through the safe but overall still an amazing product which I would recommend to friends and family when the time comes up so i am giving this safe a 4 stars

This safe is great quality, especially for the price! I was pleasantly surprised to see how much room it had inside. So many safes have a way smaller interior than they appear to.and that was not the case here. The safe is exactly as advertised in regards to size. I was able to fit my Ruger super redhawk .44cal that has a 9.5 inch barrel(14.5in total) on one of the top adjustable shelves and still plenty of room for other stuff. Removeable shelves are very easy to adjust, with a few possible configurations.It has 3 methods of unlocking; with a key, with a regular combination on the keypad, or if the internal batteries are dead, there is an electronic box that you plug into an input on the exterior of the keypad to power it and proceed with the combination. Very cool! Also has a quiet mode in case you need to access it in an emergency. The beeps it makes when entering combination are loud enough to matter.The lock bolts are very heavy duty, and when you shut the door and turn the lock knob, it very quickly locks automatically and stays locked until you proceed to use one of the three combination methods.The internal LED is not very helpful if you have the shelves installed, because it points directly at the center shelf and the top shelf and floor lighting is blocked. This is the only real downside I've found with this safe. I will be installing some extra lighting for more visibility, but I got some cheap battery powered LEDs from the dollar store that last forever, so no big problem there.As you can see in the pictures, I had room for a lot of valuables and home protection. This is a Christmas gift for my father and i think he will love it. Very happy with this purchase.

It is the ideal measure to store few of my possessions. And I am impressed by the bars' sturdy construction. The hardware required to secure it was included, which is a wonderful feature. I did not need to search for fasteners. Configuration is effortless. In general, I am content.

The keypad entry on this safe is terrible! Some times it responds to your code and opens but most times it will not. Then you have to continually get the key to open the safe door which ofcourse defeats the purpose of having the keypad. Some times it responds to your code and opens but most times it will not. I have made a couple attempts to reach out regarding this frustrating problem but so far no answers.

This is a one year review.I don't use the safe often, maybe once a month to open and close.The sound/speakers stopped working after approximately 10 months and I thought maybe it was the batteries. once I replaced the batteries, I was required to push the reset button. The button was not fixed to the unit properly and is now floating somewhere inside of the door as it basically disintegrated and broke off. The speaker/sound feature still is not working and I fear that when the batteries go out I will no longer be able to use the safe because I cannot reset it.
