Bought two of these to use for LED backlight floating mirrors - at under 1 inch thick they neatly mount on the wall. They are heavy, and the wire leads are of lower gauge than competitors. Appear to be very well built and have no problems powering the COB LED strip around the edge of the mirror. Excellent power supply for the price. Highly recommended.

** Warning: I'm not a professional. I'm capable of googling and making educated assumptions. **I had some LED lights that had black/red wires and I had to figure out how to wire those the traditional black/white/ground wires like you'd find in a house (a camping trailer, in our case). This voltage transformer is able to take the power and switch it to a usable voltage; AC to DC. I wired the black wire to blue, red to the brown, and the ground to the yellow/green using butt end connectors. The load was pretty small; an outdoor LED light through an on/off switch and a bedside LED reading lamp. No issues.

I used this to drive some DC fans for a DIY compressor after-cooler. The enclosed housing that does a bit of heat syncing was a perfect fit for the purpose. It is solidly built and delivered the electrical specs that were advertised. I will end up buying these again for some lighting needs as well.

I needed a simple Transformer without any bells and whistles such as light sensor or timer since this will be installed in line on an already existing Wi-Fi timer. As a result this is exactly what I needed and pricing was perfect
