I got the HMF Baby F for my 5 months old because all the reviews said it helped with constipation and it really did. He wasn't pooping as long as 7 days. A majority of people said it's normal and even my pediatrician says it's normal. I was using Baby Jarrow probiotics at my local Whole Foods store when he started not pooping regularly but I didn't really see any difference. I switched to HMF Baby F, he was pooping every 2-4 days first week then he is now pooping daily. I can see he is not "pushing" as hard as before as well when his little face gets really red when he gets a bowel movement. He also looks less bloated. I'm very happy with this product. Wish it was a little less pricey.

This has been a life saver for our baby! He was so constipated that we had to take him to the ER and ended up using a few enemas. This was recommended by a functional doctor to help his stools. We haven’t had to use any other intervention since using this probiotic! We use it everyday and are so thankful for this!
