Only work in direct power supply
Only work in direct power supply, i put a rechargeable battery but did not work even the battery is fully charge. I end up using it manually

Very low for the money, battery compartment keeps falling off.

Not a bad bin
We seem to get through this automatic opening bins quick but tried this one this time and seems fine,a quicker sharper open and close than some and need to be a bit nearer for it to do open but still happy with it

Ok, very sensitive
The bin stopped working after less than a year (motor has packed in) and it has a 2-year warranty. It was replaced by seller after I managed to get in touch (not easy to find).Bin is good, a little on the short side but everything as advertised. The replacement is very sensitive though so we needed to find an open area for it to fit in otherwise it wouldn't close when under the counter.

Great bin, good quality, but shouldn’t be called “motion sensor”
Product is of really good quality, however what they call “motion” sensor is in fact a “darkness” sensor, so if you plan on having it inside a cupboard it will unfortunately stay open all the time… if you have it on display in your kitchen you’re fine though obviously
