Aluminum Solid Round Head Pizza Peel, 13-Inch

Nicely constructed. This paddle is exactly what I was looking for in a pizza peel. Though it is more pricey, it's worth it to me. It has a nice rigid blade, a solid heat dissipating connection to the handle, a beveled front edge, and a flat configuration. The flat configuration makes prep on peel easy, as it won't tilt over. This round version of this peel is more maneuverable for me as there is a small space between my oven and the island. I also have a stone which can accommodate two pizzas at once, so having this perfectly sized peel works great.
