Really does great at holding a ton of photos.
It was fairly simple to use, the app is super easy. The storage is great, I did have a lot to download and that process did take some time, to the point my phone had to be recharged, however I did get through and I still have a ton of free storage left. Super great product. I do wish that instead of going through all my photos every time I need to download more it could recognize the ones I already have and just download the new ones, but I’m still very pleased with the product! I even ordered one for a family member!

Great Storage holder
If you're anything like me...I refuse to back up my pictures/ etc. on iCloud, I quickly filled up google photos, and had a hard time working with hard drives... this is a great solution for you!!! I especially love it since I can plug it straight into my iphone. My only suggestion would be to have a better protection/ case around the iphone or USB plug in. I am worried I may snap one end off.Other than that, I will be ordering more I am sure!

Not a high bar but much better than iTunes...
Anything that allows you to bypass iTunes pretty much gets 5 stars from the get go. All most of us care about are the photos and videos on our phones, so the ability to get them off the phone and put them WHERE I WANT TO PUT THEM made me VERY excited about this product! I think I got all of the stuff off my daughter's phone in the end, but the process is what made me have to hesitatingly remove a star from my review.I love that when you plug it in it takes you right to where you need to be to download the app. However, the challenges for me started once I opened the app. I just wasn't sure where to go, despite the description of the app saying "easy to understand". I wish I could clearly tell you how it works - I THINK you first click the icon of the drive, then click the "+" sign, then click what you want to add, then give it permission to access your stuff, then make your selection. But I can't swear to that at all. I clicked several different things before I got going down the right path. It actually kinda makes sense once you figure it out, but I needed it to make sense at the start.I had a lot of photos and videos to get off the phone, and I started off selecting them by sliding down the phone to select rows at a time. After a couple minutes of this, I noticed a circle at the bottom right and hazarded a guess that maybe that was a "select all" kind of thing (wasn't labeled). Turned out it was, so that saved me a lot of time. It started to download immediately when I went to the next step. It seemed to be moving kinda slowly, and it eventually popped up a box that indicated that some of the photos I was trying to download were on iCloud and it gave me options (4, I believe) for downloading the particular photo, downloading all iCloud photos, skipping this photo or skipping all iCloud photos. I wanted to get everything, so I selected "download all iCloud photos". DON'T DO THIS!! This made the download process incredibly slow (like overnight if you slept for 8-10 hours and didn't check until you showered and ate breakfast). I was about an hour into it and had a little over 10% of the files when the download stopped. I am not 100% sure what made it stop - I was trying to dim my screen to save power since I wasn't sure if the phone would make it all the way through the long download time, but suddenly the app was back at the home screen. When I looked on the drive I could see files from different dates on there, but it didn't really seem to be going in any particular order (date or filename). The only option was to start over again. As I restarted (first erasing all the files on the drive), I noticed that it was going faster for some reason, but it soon kicked up the iCloud photos dialog box. This time I said "skip all" (realizing that It's definitely better to just download a zip file of the photos from iCloud.com) and everything went much, much faster.Copying to my computer was standard procedure. I actually don't like USB devices where the connectors slide in and out since it inevitably makes it harder to actually push it into the USB plug without the whole thing sliding back in the shell. I'd personally prefer a one-piece drive with some better grip on the side, but that's just me.GREAT device, slightly lacking on ease of use/clear instructions (there is an instruction manual on the drive, but you have to find it!), I'd get it again now that I know how to use it.

Convenient and Reliable USB Flash Drive for Phone and Pad Storage!
The USB Flash Drive 256 GB for Phone and Pad is a convenient storage solution that I highly recommend. With its ample 256 GB capacity, it provides plenty of space for photos, videos, and documents. It seamlessly works with iPhone and iPad thanks to the lightning connector, and the USB 3.0 connector allows for fast data transfer to a computer. The plug-and-play functionality, sturdy build, and optional encryption make it a reliable choice. If you need extra storage for your phone and pad, this flash drive is a great option!

Easy with the case off
I like the idea of using a USB data stick to get to my photos on my iPhone 14. I am only giving a 4-star review with a 3-star for easy to use because it is not easy, you have to remove the case to plug the disk before it is operable. Many phone users use cases, I can't believe they didn't make the insert longer.

Very easy to use
I have been looking for a usb that I can use easily. Plug it into the iphone or smartphone (it has an attachment for smartphone) download the app and begin to transfer your file/photos/videos. So easy, it doesn’t take rocket science. I didn’t even have to read the whole manual. The manual is also found in the app when you plug in the USB to your phone. I didn’t have any issues so far. I will only be buying this product for my file transfer needs. I highly recommend this product.

Did what I needed
So far so good. I’ve transferred a bunch of my photos already. Two pieces of advice:As someone else said, start with a full battery on your phone. It uses battery. It jumbled my photos up completely. You can make folders on it, so I started making folders with identifying names on them so I could keep track of which photos were from when and where and transfer them to my computer already labeled.

Presenta fallas
Presenta fallas, al tratar de eliminar carpetas marca error, al igual que al copiar fotos también marca error y no permite copiar algunas fotos, me decepcionó el producto. Porque por el precio pensé que era muy bueno el producto

Great tool for saving iPhone pics
I am so happy I found this product. I found the instructions difficult to follow but was able to figure out download process through trial and error. After installing and opening LUV app on iPhone, I selected the photos that are automatically categorized by year, and month subcategories, in memories tab edit function. Photos and videos easily transferred. Hevc codecs video extension (vlc player) is required to play videos. Vertical pics are saved to a default 90* horizontal configuration for some reason. This is easy to fix in photo editor.
