Perfect and beautiful little egg spatula!
We had our last little egg spatula for about 45 years(!) and it just bit the dust this year. Our current pans required a non metal spatula surface and it was hard to find one that wasn't ugly. Aesthetics are important to my husband and me, no matter what we're buying. I figured since it was Japanese made it would be high quality and aesthetically pleasing and I was not disappointed!I've been used to a thin stainless blade, and the very tip of this one is not what I'm used to, but it's breaking me in just fine. I love using it. Perfect size for fried eggs or grilled cheese. Big spatulas are often too much for these jobs. This smaller one is easier to handle. And it's nicely made.

Mighty Spatula
As one of the reviews said, “It’s mighty!” Very versatile that I can use it in cooking, or in serving. I have been looking for a shorter spatula with wooden handle, this is a perfect find. I bought the spoon also, same as mighty as this spatula. Happy with this purchase, perfect for those who are looking for a shorter or smaller spatula.

perfect minimalist utensil
I cook almost exclusively in a 8" nonstick frypan. This works great for me and my skillet.I have not found better at any price.

Excellent server for noodles
These work really well for serving noodles, and they won't scratch nonstick surfaces. The handles are a little short for cooking, but they work great for serving.Update: These work great for cooking in shallow pans, like for a saute or light stir fry.
