AMAZING ITEM, GOOD QUALITY, PERFECT SOUNDS. I LOVE IT.

I was a bit skeptical when purchasing this but it has really exceeded expectations. I use it for video calls on my computer for work and it works great. There are several earpieces that come with it so you're bound to find one that fits your ear. The wrap around is flexible yet sturdy enough to hold it in place. Sound is crystal clear (and maybe a tad loud, but you can adjust on your app/device). The mic, according to my coworkers, picks up my voice well while removing background noise. I keep it on standby during the day and use it about 2 times/day on average, with the battery lasting about 2 weeks. What's also nice is you can charge in the case or directly on the headset. The charging cable could be a little bit longer but any USB-C cable works and I have plenty of those. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

noise cancellation works fairly well for 'class'. decent battery life for size. antenna is a bit weak and range is slightly limited. mic quality/mhz range a bit reduced compared some other units i have in similar price range with 1-2 noise canceling versions lower and slightly older tech.

I purchased this item a while ago, but I wanted to put it through its paces before writing a review on it. Honestly for the price I was not expecting too much. I was pleasantly surprised with the audio quality, noise cancelling and long battery life. I have purchased more than my share of Bluetooth headsets for far more money and I would put this up with some of the higher priced competitors. I really like the tactile buttons, the weight and overall comfort. If you are looking for a great everyday device, look no further. Every once in a while you run into a product line that is done so well, you keep coming back, and it seems more and more rare all the time; this is one of those rare products.

Battery Life is superior to any headphones I have ever owned. I was and am shocked how long a single charge last even while actively listening to podcast most of the day ... After 3 hrs the headphones still had a 80% charge. After 12 hrs of continued use it still had40% charge. The sound is awesome as well. My wife said it sounded good on her end also. They charge fast, they are comfortable, ez to use and set up, they have a long range . I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.UPDATE : after about 90 days of usage the volume will not turn up. I can barely hear Media out of it ... Very disappointed because I really enjoyed the ear piece ... It was too good too be true

I have no idea why this has high reviews.This is supposed to be noise canceling, but by using a voice recorder and doing multiple tests (typing, clicking, driving, it picked up every single background noise loud and clear to the point of being extremely distracting.The sound quality is pretty terrible, sounding like the other side is talking through a distant tin can as is common with low quality headsets. The sound picked up by the microphone is pretty good as long as there are not ANY background sounds. If you need to speak loudly or make a loud noise like a laugh, the sound quality does get distorted.Also, this is NOT for small ears. There is a full quarter inch gap between the top of the ear wrap and the top of my ear. The earpiece inside of the ear actually fits well, which is great, but the loose ear wrap still makes it easy for it to wiggle loose.I love that the case displays its battery level, but the clamshell only opens to 90° which makes it a little awkward to get in and out of, it easily falls on its own, and makes it vulnerable to breakage.The materials and all of the buttons also look and feel very cheap, which would be fine if the performance was better, but instead just completes the terrible package.
