Mixture of calcium and baking soda with no sugar added, a good combination. Use two scoops and plenty of water takes care of the problem.Most antacids add sugar which increases acid and adds to your problem, not this.Too much acid can cause gas and bloating this will take care of the problem if you take enough of it
