Monster Girl Hunter Audible Audiobook – Unabridged

The MC is introduced and its hinted he's a bit of a monster himself, but that is hidden. Later we learn a bit more about the "monsters" of this world and where they come from. This was my biggest issue with the plot as a lot is deliberately left out so help build tension and allow some of the antics that occur in the third act.other than that, this is a well written, well thought out book. the MC is a bit overpowered, but its balanced by him being a bit of a moron. (A bit too much on occasion in my opinion). But even that is used to help the plot bounce to the next major plot point. I never quite felt like there was a deus ex machina moment.Fun, interesting, its worth a try.

This book should really be a five star title, even with some of the rough spots in the story. Each of the characters are distinctive, the world seems to be well developed, and the plot moves along at a decent pace. The problem is the editing. The errors are frequent enough that every time I started to really get into the flow of the story I'd hit one and it would jolt me back out. Otherwise I am looking forward to seeing where the story goes from here.

I look forward to reading the next installment. I enjoyed reading this from beginning to end. Marek’a an interesting character: Conflicted, yet still has a heart. The other characters are interesting too. Tamara’s silently brave, Thaddeus is goody and prejudiced, but does slowly prove his worth and has potential to be better. I wonder what Tia will bring to the group in the next story?The action was cool. There weren’t many sex scenes, but when there were, they were well done. The events leading up to them felt natural. Id say check it out.

I really enjoyed reading this book it was interesting on the take of the main character as himself being a monster hunting monsters but with a twist. I like the fact that the romance between the girls and the main character took time to develop and it wasn't just jump right into the sack I prefer a story that is a story and not just wham bam thank you ma'am. Well can't wait to read the next one, hope it comes out soon.

This was a great start to a new series. The lead character was intelligent and competent but not overpowered. The heroines had distinct personalities and I liked that neither of them immediately fell in bed with the hero. The world-building and action were first rate, and the theme of trying to overcome prejudice was timely.

What makes a monster? Does the color of your skin or the fact that you have hooves and horns matter more than the values you hold dear? I really enjoyed this take on an anti-hero...and though it felt a bit rushed towards the end of the book (after they get to know the second monster girl), I look forward to a sequel.

Overall enjoyable. The sex scenes weren't overdone, but flowed with the story. Our MC wasn't infallible which is always nice to read, but he wasn't an expert idiot either. A few typos but otherwise very fun to read

very good first book, read it in one sitting. reminded me a lot of The Witcher, MC not fully human and hunts monsters. Honestly it was a great ride. I recommend it to all that are interested.

Yet another fantastic book by Jack Porter. The start of a new series, new characters, new world and a new level of writing for the author. Jack is known as a harem author, and while this book is definitely harem, the harem is built into the plot rather than the plot being built around the harem. As usual with this author's books, the female characters are every bit as well written and strong as Marek the mc. There is a great depth to the writing and I very much look forward to more books in the series.

As usual jack porter creates believable situations with heroes you can follow and root for, this seems to be the start of a series and I eagerly await further books

It was great to follow Marek and his companions in their struggle for survival and a better life. The character are very likeable, even the sometimes annoying Thaddeus. How the world is described sounds interesting and dangerous.It was fun to read and would like to see more of it. I see great potential for further books :)

I realy enjoyed this story,and can not wait for the next book to be released.I would recommend this series to anyone who enjoys a harem/adventure fantasy.
