It has helped
I have found this roll-on to be quite useful. It is tiny - the size of a roll on deodorant, however, I have found you don't need to use much to get the feeling of heat.I have found it useful for aches and strains, and does provide me with relief, but do be careful how much you put on. It took a while for it to get going and not alot was coming out, but once it started it was ok and i found it comfortable and soothed the discomfort I had

Great find for muscle, nerve and sciatica discomfort
I was recommended this product by a friend who used it during a bad sciatica attack. I have tried so many different more expensive products in the past and found them ok for a short period of time but the effects of this one lasted so much longer. The roll on applicator also meant no mess and no loss of the product on your hands that you get with rub in gels. I felt the heat getting to work and used it before bed as night time was always the worst. I certainly slept longer than with the other products and have no hesitation in also recommending it to others.

Was easy to use and helped well. Just be careful not to put too much on. Can be a bit nippy.

Relief in a Roller, FAB!
The product when applied using the roller comes out easy, and can be spread over large areas with ease. It’s not sticky or greasy, and sinks in very well. Personally, I also like the smell. I keep it in my bag where ever I go to bring some relief from my sciatica in my leg. Already on my 2nd bottle. Great purchase.

Powerful
I applied a bit much of the product and got a red reaction on my skin. I didn’t get scared, but it is worth of mentioning that it could happen to someone else. I guess this is how the product did its job! I feel like a brand new only after one application, so I would defenitely buy it again. Ive been using heat pads for so long, this does better job and is more economical, too.
