I honestly just love how durable htc phones are! My number 1 prime example, and this phone only comes with a plastic clear case that just covers the back of the phone not the screen. So I had to go on a road trip and I was taking pictures of the mountains with meet new HTC I love the camera quality! Well as I was trying to sit back down my phone flew out the window at 80mph down the interstate I saw it land on the road, bounce and land again! I just knew it was shattered and unusable, I needed my sim card so I went back found my phone unscathed and shocked how? No otter box no life proof no nothing except this cheap plastic clear case no temp. Glass only the case! The battery quality sucks the notifications it gives sucks but the signal is awesome all the way up and down the coast the sound quietly is good the phone charges quickly it could be better but hey I just think its worth it for disability alone!

first time i have swapped out a sim card.. well, you need to "dismount" the microSD card in your old phone first, or the new phone wont recognize it ( if i didnt screw the card up completely).i had shut the phone off, but, it still had battery left. maybe if it was drained completely, wouldnt have been an issue.anyway. this phone feels amazing. screen is huge. colors are bright, very clear.compared to my wifes brand new iPhone 7s plus.. other than hers has 128GB and mine is 64GB, i think mine is just as good, and cost half or less than hers.best phone I can say i have owned. very nice, great feel, great sensory 'feedback" from the phone.i will have to get use to the differences (minor ones) in how you get to things, but i expect to keep this phone for a few years at least.do need to get yourself some USB C cables, as this doesnt take the standard micro USB cable anymore.. grrrrrrrrr.oh well... still have use for the old cables for 2 dozen other devices..havent used the earphones that came with, but, they look pretty good comparatively.comes with charger, cord, (charger came with European style electrical plug , and an adapter for US plugs.. no clue why its a Euro/overseas electrical hook up, but not a big deal).any USB charger will work. recommend getting one that "senses" the phone and charges it accordingly.battery life is not terrific, only very average at best. it does charge up quickly, but, a bit disappointed it can drain so fast, when i havent loaded hardly any apps into it yet.That, is the only downside i have seen so far..but, compared to my Huawei ( which wasnt that old ), its a huge step UP in phone abilities and speed. along with 64GB of storage ( about 54GB useable when u get it, thats still quite a bit ), and it recognizes HUGE microSD cards, more than u will ever need.so yea, it was a bargain, with lots of upside, only a small downside in the batterlife..

Battery does not hold charge.

I love this phone! I have been using HTC brand for years now. The phone feels great in my hand. The screen is large and clear. It takes great photos except in really low lighting conditions which would be expected. Love the dual screen feature as well as fingerprint scanner to unlock the phone. Plenty of storage. Speech to text feature every time you open the keyboard to type. There are lots of keyboard themes to choose from for customizing. This phone is a great value for money if you can not get afford the U11 or U12. If in the USA an adapter is included. I also purchased an adapter that allows me to use a regular headset and charge the phone at the same time. My last HTC phone lasted 4yrs. It is still good but I just wanted a phone to take better photos so I have kept it for backup. It was very easy to Bluetooth my old phone with my new phone and transfer everything over...contacts, text, apps...everything. I also have the HTC synced with my Amazon photos so every photo taken saves to my Amazon photos. I would recommend purchasing this phone.

I only had the phone for 3 days and I love it. It works well with my cricket wireless which cricket is using AT&T towers, I get 4G+ with the phone but its fast just like LTE. This is an international version but seller was kind to include an adapter to use for US ports. Have the blue color and it came in bread new. The plastic was still on the retail box. After ordering the phone, it came within a 5 day period; I order the phone on a Saturday and it was shipped on a Tuesday. I received it on Friday early noon. I know this phone had a lot of hate last year but for what you get and what it can do, the pros outweigh the cons.

Camera only last 6 months then I sent back service center in Taiwan to fix, they said it is caused by bad mother board but I never drop the phone, anyway, bad quality cell phone

Love it, very good phone for the price, top notch performance and amazing screen, works just fine here in mexico
