Q: sorry fits in dewalt 745 table saw ?

It fits any saw with a 3/4*3/8" miter slot

Q: bought this and does not fit my saw, bar is to wide, it says fits any 3/4 x 3/8 slot but slot opening is 9/16. any suggestions on bar replacement?

This thing is made for precision cutting, I would not recommend modifying it to fit your saw. Your best bet is to find some thing made for that miter slot size. Once you start changing out components you change the reliability and math that went into that tool.

Q: Does it work with a bosch gts 10 table saw?

Probably not out of the box. The Gauge fits 3/4 x3 /8 inch slots, and the table has 19 mm wide slots AFAIK. You would need to make and install something to replace that part of the table (someone did online youtube) OR perhaps use a router and an aluminum cutting bit to widen the slot. Not sure how much you can structurally cut away though.

Q: Bought one of these, using it on my Ridgid saw. The guide is a little loose in the slot, and turning the screw doesn't do anything. Any suggestions?

There are 4 eccentric (lop sided) adjusters on the top of the bar, 2 white and 2 black. You can remove the slack from the between the bar and the dado ion your saw table by adjusting these to make the bar effectively wider The white ones press on the left side of the dado and the black ones press on the right side. You need a 3/32" hex key or allen wrench to adjust them. Turning them clockwise makes them wider. Turning them counter clockwise makes them looser. You may need to temporarily remove the fence arm to get at the one closest to the front of the saw. That requires a 3/16 " hex key or allen wrench on the nuts to either side of the INCRA Logo. Take your time and you should be able to remove all the loosness and have the miter bar slide quite smoothly.
