I wouldn`t normally select lockets for the ladies in my family, but a relative recently lost one of her two dogs due to illness and this seemed like an appropriate and meaningful gift with a nice sentiment.It`s a very small locket, marked for 925 sterling silver with a fine matching chain and with the words “Always in my heart” marked on the back; as shown, the little paw-print pattern surrounds the blue crystal shaped as a heart.It comes in a branded presentation box with a cleaning square.A fairly expensive wee piece of jewellery, but it`s purpose and appearance – I think – are worth it; a pretty item that I`m sure will be appreciated.

This is a pretty locket with a very light delicate chain. The locket itself is intricate and flawless. I couldn’t see any signs of rough edges or bad workmanship. There is a paw print design surrounding the central stone. There is also an inscription on the back that reads “Always in my heart”, which is finished off very neatly. The locket opens up very easily and has space for 2 photos, one on each side. The pricing of this locket and chain, I think, is fairly competitive.
