When the product arrived there was a plastic cap over the top of the stick mask. After removal I waited a day before use. When l came to use it it was very liquid and l could not wind it up but had to use my fingers to apply it to my face. After waiting 15mins no blackheads appeared on the top of the mask, it just hardened and l removed the mask with a warm wet flannel. I put the stick in a cool place to try to harden the stick but it is still too soft to apply directly. Very very disappointing.

To sum up, don't waste your money! I bought to try it as it was advertised to remove blackheads easily but after applying nothing changed at all. It also left my skin feeling very dry. The scent is awful too it smells like old lady's perfume. Delivery took about 1 month! The little box arrived absolutely damaged!

This product left my skin red, blotchy and peely after just a few minutes use. May work for others, but I do have sensitive skin and this product inflamed it really badly.
