The device itself works perfectly, is easy to install to replace an existing failed unit and provides all of the functionality that the Neostat did when new in 2014.Obviously the only downside is that technology has advanced since then, so the capabilities of the unit are nothing like as good as modern devices.Positives, I can now control the heating in the upstairs of the house without having to fully replace all elements (downstairs, hot water, etc.). It still integrates with Alexa / Google Home, so can be controlled via voice.Negatives, only that if I were to go to the cost of replacing the whole system, I would have newer capabilties.
