Easy to install. Shipping was a nightmare. First one got wrecked so we had to reorder. Second one the end cap was missing from the shipping tube. The top rail was bent. We just straightened it out ourselves.

It’s not super easy to install, but also not super hard. It takes two people. Also, a video I found online gave better instruction than the manual on how to install.Once installed, it’s exactly what I expected. I saved a lot of money doing it myself (dealer want almost $1,000).

I needed awning to cover my slide out and this fit the bill. I was able to install it by myself with a little extra effort and time. Two people would surely make it go faster and easier. As others have said, go wider than you measure the width of the slider you need to cover by at least 6". If you want a little extra overhang go even wider. Nice quality product for sure.

Easy to install hardware, canvas takes 2 people. Great quality. Instructions could be better organized.

Worth the money. Will save me from climbing a ladder to clean slide.

I've installed two of these and expect to make a day of it. It would also pay to have a helper, two ladders and patients.

Cover looked great. Packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Parts went out the end of the package.Very disappointed in customer support could not make claim to just get missing parts. Had to return the product.

I ordered 2 for our travel trailer. Both arrived in large cardboard tubes with no end caps. Awning ends were damaged. Bag of hardware was opened and I assume parts were missing. I refused shipment at the carrier.After another few weeks of waiting, 2 replacements arrived. 1 each via 2 different carriers on 2 different days, causing me to travel twice to get them.Again both were in opened cardboard tubes , but not damaged. A couple of screws were missing due to a torn hardware bag, but I found a substitute.Even after talking to dealer ( via Amazon) nothing was done to increase protection to the shipping containers.Instal was pretty easy. Got them done in a few hours without any great difficulty.A good product to save your slide tops from debris.

I bought this unit for our new motorhome, for use on the rear "bedroom" slide out. The first camping trip we took with our new unit had a few rainy nights. The sound of rain hitting the roof of the slide out kept waking me up, very annoying. I went back to the dealer and priced a unit installed, and fell over >$1000. I'm handy so found this unit online. It came quickly, in great shipping tube, well protected. Instructions were good, and a few hours later it was on. We have now used it for several months, no issue and it is standing up well. It keeps the rain, leaves, twigs etc off the roof of the slide out, and I don't hear the rain hitting it. I'm totally pleased, and would buy it again. I don't know how long the Tarp portion will last but I intend to clean it and give it a treatment this coming spring.

Parfait sur ma R-POD . Le seul problème est les deux vis du bas qui vissent seulement dans le fibre de verre et qui ne tienne pas du tout en l’utilisant. J’ai modifié en ajoutant une plaque par l’intérieur de chaque côté et boulonner par l’intérieur des armoires .Maintenant c’est solide.

Loesque j'ai reçu l'auvent Solera de Lippert,il manquait une pièce,j'ai communiqué avec Theresa de Lippert Cie et elle s'est occupe de me faire livre la piece manquante, meme que la consigne dans un tel cas est de retourner le tout chez Amazon,aloes je recomande tout produit provenant de cette compagnie

Très facile d’installation je suis très satisfait de mon achat fonctionne bien
