No it does not. The fronts are tricky. You hacer to take lots of stuff off. Do a search on u tube ! It will show you how to take a part !

Q: Would it fit 2011 f150 lariat 4x4?

I would go to Detroit Axle web site to get that answer. I assume it would but that is an assumption on my part. They worked well on my 2012 F150.
