I gave this but 5 stars, but please read.Pros: First the rope came in no time. Packaging and branding was pretty impressive.The rope was super easy to install. Luckily for me, the wholes in the bracket matches perfectly with the predrilled wholes in my ceiling beams.The rope has great traction for a perfect grip.Excellent for climbing and gripping.Super sturdy!!!Cons:Only one con... It sheds a lot in the beginning. But this is normal for natural, non chemical treated hemp ropes. The rope has to be worn in. Once you break it in, like all hemp ropes, the shedding reduces.Overall, it is a great product. Costumer service is A+. By far one of the best I’ve experienced with Amazon.

So far so good with this rope. I shopped around a bit and this seemed like a solid choice. So far it has not disappointed. I'm 190 lbs and feel totally secure climbing it, the anchor is very solid. My two boys climb it all the time too. The hemp is grippy enough without being too abrasive and so far no one has gotten one of those nasty rope splinters you get in some ropes. Rope is hung inside.

Bought this for our home after 8yo kiddo returned home from school in tears that she “couldn’t even go up one inch in gym today!” We both love using it! Now she can climb, swing, and Tarzan around. And Mama is making progress too! Texture is grippy and gentle on hands. You don’t slide like nylon. Very high quality!

The rope is holding up great being outdoors. I constructed a 12 foot rope climb using 2 pressure treated 16 foot 6×6's buried 4 feet in the ground set in concrete. The bar is a 1 1/2 inch galvanized pipe. I used galvanized straps to secure the pipe to the top posts, driving them in with galvanized screws. Overall I'm very pleased with the rope.

I love this, it’s as big and sturdy as the one that was in the gym when I was a kid in school. I bought it for my nieces and nephews. They are having tons of fun competing with each other.
