Q: What are the inside dimensions when expanded? Why does it say 14x14x14?

It’s roughly 9-10” wide depending if you stretch it a bit. 5” high with zipper open fully expanded. And 8” deep (handle to bottom). It’s been a great lunch “box” for our son. Fit lots of stuff and stays cold!

Q: Can lunch bag be used with hot dishes as well?

Yes, it can be used with hot dishes. If you want to keep your food warm don’t use the ice packs included.

Q: The color of the main picture and the tag, that is badly photoshopped to it, are different. do you get royal blue color or the gray color? confusing!
