Terrible Customer Service & Warranty
Contacted RIGID online to register my product (which was over $3,000 mind you) and was told I did not qualify for any warranty because I purchased it from Amazon, even though it is brand new in a RIGID box with all paperwork. I spoke to someone on the phone after this and they "took" my information and told me that they would register the product in house. The woman was very short and rude when taking my information and when I asked her if I would get some sort of confirmation email or if the tool would show up as registered on my online RIGID account she told me "no, you won't see it, its just in our records". I would think a company as large as RIGID would have some sort of confirmation when a product is registered, especially if I have an online account with them. I will never buy another RIGID product.
