So I really like this product and the price was great! However, the brush pens all leaked before I even opened the box. I exchanged for a new one and that had the same problem. I don't mind too much, because it was a good price and I think I can buy somewhat inexpensive replacement brush pens also on Amazon.

I don’t like the clicking forever to get the white gel out of pen and none is coming out of 2 pens anymore after 4 uses but I love how it shuts off automatically and is timed ! My teeth are whiter after 2 times! WAY better than Crest 3D white strips AND I paid $12.00 !!!

One or two of my whitening pens arrived partially exploded, it was hard to tell but 2 had gel all over and are noticeably short on product, definitely a bummer.There is a noted "warning" or suggestion that it may not be for people with sensitive teeth so they are aware and let you know, I do tend to have sensitive teeth 🦷 at times so I went in a bit weary.I did notice a bit of tingly-ness when using it with the light and also a bit after the treatments.I noticed a slight bit of whitening each time after use but I'm not sure how dynamic overall it's been. I also have been spacing out my usage of it because they don't include anything in the instructions as to how frequently you can or should be doing it so I have been airing on the cautious end as well because I do have sensitive teeth.The gel is not the most easy to apply and I got a LOT in places I wasn't supposed to (gum line etc) I also had a huge problem with developing a lot of saliva while keeping the LED mouthpiece in, so it does say in the manual that can dilute the serum a bit and could have effected my overall whitening.I am. Going to continue to use it and see if anything more noticeable happens by the time I use the full allotted amount in the box.I will say the led mouthpiece is very comfortable and easy to use. It charges prior to your treatment and times itself to go off when the treatment is done so you don't have to worry about timing it yourself.

Not worth the risk of getting it quickly and molded. Choose a better option. The people who got them before, got lucky. Product is too inconsistent.
