Works well with a relative with dementia
I bought these for a relative with dementia. She gets very anxious and needs her hands to be busy. We work on these while we chat. She thinks she is helping with an important job and it seems to ease her anxiety. We string them, I unstring them when she is not looking and we begin again. The blocks are big and bright and are easy to manipulate with arthritic hands. The holes are large enough for her to see as well. She is always happy to help with the important job. I tell her it is for her classroom as she was a school teacher. She perks right up and gets to work.

Versatile, durable and well priced.
My kids love this beading toy, the beads are too big to choke on, with high quality laces to thread the beads onto and there are enough shapes and colors to use as a sorting activity, a stacking activity, patterns, and language as well as imaginative play. My younger daughter likes to stack them up like blocks and my older daughter likes to use this during dress up play. Very fun.

Stringing beads
Loved these beads. They didn’t come with the triangle bead stopper so improvised by tying a bead on the end.

Toddler enjoys this toy
My 2 year old loves playing with this set. She does have trouble threading the lace all the way through but she is getting the hang of it. The lace is a thick paracord material with a 1 inch plastic end on each side of the lace. It allows for sturdy end to put in the bead. The beads are made of hard plastic and my toddler found one that rattles when shaken. This is her favorite bead and gets frustrated that none of the others rattle. It must be an accidental bit of loose plastic! Only issue that I noticed is that the star bead is small enough to fit in her mouth so i have an eagle eye on her while playing with these beads.
