Old or used mattress send to us which we should have returned but due some unavoidable reasons we could not return the same within time limit

Good buy from Amazon.Cushion is soft and no sagging observed post 4 months of usage now.Other bed I had already started sagging.One of Quality mattress product available in market.Description says orthopedic but didn find it so much lean towards Orthopedic matress although.But good and soft bedding gives you good sound sleep.Easily prone to get dirt so water proof covers are must post purchaseI recommend this matress.

Mattress is good as expected but warranty claim registration of duroflex is very troublesome
Product is good as expected. But when claiming for warranty the duroflex site sucks. Its a pretty long form and even when you complete it , the submit button does not work. Seems they don't want customers to claim warranty
