Useless instruction manual.. Example: How do you send a text? It doesn't say and usually ends up witha problem with the phone number you select not being accepted for some reason even though it is the correct number.Too many screens to do anything. My family are smartphone users and they find it difficult to use.If anyone has step by step instructions to create and send an email for example, I'd like to see it.

I was looking for a basic, big button phone suitable for the elderly. After days of searching and comparing, I’ve found this phone on Amazon and I think it’s perfect for my mum.The interface is simple to use, the menu is easy to navigate, the audio is loud and clear, without being obnoxiously too loud and annoying.My mum likes the speaking keypad and the speed dials feature is exactly what she needs. It’s easy to set up, she can call me (or any other family member) by just pressing a specific button.The camera is basic, but I don’t think my mum takes pictures anyway. This phone does not have a touch screen, so texting is very basic and slow, but my mum doesn’t text, she just calls.My mum has been using this phone for almost a month now, and the battery life is sufficiently good. There are no apps on the phone to drain the battery, she only uses the phone just to make and receive calls.It’s using a battery cradle which is better than the USB-type charging, perfect for my mum.There's an SOS button at the back, which is perfectly placed without interfering with the main buttons at the front.Overall, the phone is suitable for my mum’s needs. Both my mum and I have no complaints, therefore happy to recommend it.
