Great looking light with excellent customer services
The light arrived very well packaged in a secure box.Easy to fit and works well.Unfortunately I had a small issue which customer services sorted quickly.I actually brought another.Great looking light. I would recommend this light.

Didn’t look great on our lounge ..
Out of the box we didn’t like the look of it and when we held it against the fixture it was terrible.. That was just our taste though… it may suit someone’s decor better than it did ours .. Sorry not the product for us, just didn’t fit our lounge ..

Great product
The RC is a bit dumb, but I don't use it much - just to change the warmth. The lamp is great and beautiful and sits perfectly in a home office

Looks cheap and is not straight 100%

Feels cheap though looks good. Forgets it's settings.
Frequently forgets the setting you've left it on. Need to have the remote available all the time to reset it to your liking. Another thing to keep replacing the batteries in which is annoying. Light would be fine if it didn't forget what colour temp you've set it to every few days/weeks, depending on what it feels like.Do not buy if you plan on using it with a switch that cuts power to the unit. This won't integrate with any other smart switch systems as it's bound to the remote.

This light was exactly what we wanted. So easy to install & really enhances our lounge. Looks very classy
