The quality was excellent, had a funky plastic smell from packaging. Had to return because it was too small for my 9yr old**Editing my first review: I received a refund for the blue tutu and ordered the white to match my daughters costume better. Within 5 minutes of having it on the elastic seam started unraveling! Beyond disappointed in the poor/cheaply made quality **

It arrived promptly but is suppose to fit up to a few years old and it has the circumference of a baby but the length of a toddler. It shows it being a full tutu but there isn't the layering or the gather of what is represented. It's just flat and not really stretchy enough to be considered a tutu, more a pencil skirt of sorts so I was a little disappointed. I was planning to give them to my nieces as part of a Tinkerbell costume and I really doubt they will work. The price was right and shipping was prompt though.

I bought these for a Halloween costume. After many washings, the fish smell was gone. They did meet my needs but are very low quality. If used more than once, they'll need to be reinforced. One star for the horrible smell.

We bought these for our dogs to wear when we get married. We have to pit bulls and they look stupid cute in these!! Not too crazy but still fun and dressed up a little.

I am really happy with this tutu. I bought in pink, coral and red. But the color red and coral looks similar. However are cute. And looks good material. My niece was so happy. She is 5 years old, the size was perfect for her.
