Mixed opinions! Pros: Adorable face, seems well made, breathing appears to work well, but loud if puppy is on your lap. Only had a short time, so unsure how long that will work.Cons: First, overall size is 2โ smaller than advertised. The puppy measures 10โ and the bed 11โ. Would be better if it were the advertised size, very small.Second, the fur is soft, however, the body is very hard & rigid. Would be better if the body was softer and only the battery compartment was hard. Do not plan to return, I ordered it for a very special reason.Took an extremely long time to receive, continuing delays. Might be a good item for Amazon to conduct quality control on.
